Welcome! Rose Technology traces its roots to 1985 with the formation of Rose Technology Group – a founder of Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) in Canada. At that time we were the only company in Canada offering EPC, an idea that quickly took hold in the institutional market place and quickly expanded to commercial sectors as well.

Since 1985, Rose has worked in thousands of buildings and successfully completed hundreds of energy-related projects totaling over $500 million, with project sizes ranging from $100,000 to $80 million. Our projects contribute to society by saving energy and operating costs, saving electricity, natural gas, oil, and potable water; displacing greenhouse gas emissions; and creating local and regional employment.

Today, Rose is a “Total Energy Solutions Provider” still offering traditional performance contracting, as well as design-build energy services with solutions aimed at all aspects of a client’s energy needs from simple conservation through to developing and delivering renewable “green energy” projects.    

The Rose Headquarters is located in the west end of Toronto, Ontario.  Rose shares common ownership with ESC Automation by Delta Controls, a leading provider of building automation products.
