Rose Technology was selected to implement the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Headquarters project for the City of Toronto.  It is the latest within the ongoing Energy Retrofit Program that was approved by Toronto City Council in 2004.  The retrofit program was created by the City to reduce building operating costs and deliver environmental benefits.

The improvements include installation of a building automation system, variable speed drives, energy efficient motors, lighting retrofits, power factor correction and control of vending machines.
